The then Brexit Secretary, David Davis was convinced it would ‘not cost a penny’ to Brexit. I had a different view! Estimates in January 2020 from Bloomberg economics put the Brexit cost so far at £130bn.
I also make the point about needing an economic vision for the UK post Brexit and sadly I still can’t answer that question in January 2020.
